Mr. Marks obtained his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida in 1978, and his J.D. (with honors) from the University of Florida in 1981, where he served on the Board of Editors of the University of Florida Law Review and was a member of the Moot Court Team. Mr. Marks has concentrated his law practice in the area of real estate, which has included representation of lenders in construction and permanent loan transactions, as well as local and national property companies in all phases of the acquisition, construction, financing, leasing and sale of commercial real estate properties. |

Mr. Hamby obtained his B.B.A. in real estate from Georgia State University in 1998, and his M.B.A. and J.D. from the University of Akron in 2001. After graduation, Mr. Hamby worked for a Big Four accounting firm until joining Marks & Williams, LLC in 2004. Mr. Hamby teaches business and real estate law at Georgia State University. |
