The attorneys of Marks & Williams, LLC are engaged primarily in the practice of commercial and residential real estate and business law.  The firm has two offices, one in Johns Creek on the border of Fulton and Fosyth Counties in the northern metropolitan area of Atlanta, Georgia, and the other in Midtown Atlanta. 

Marks & Williams, LLC was formed in January, 1997, by Randolph A. Marks and James J. Williams, Jr.  Prior to the firm's formation, Mr. Marks and Mr. Williams had each practiced real estate law for over sixteen years.  Mr. Marks practices out of the firm's office in Midtown Atlanta, and Mr. Williams and  Mr. Charlie M. Hamby practice out of the firm's Johns Creek office.
