Charlie M. Hamby obtained his B.B.A. in real estate from Georgia State University in 1998, and his M.B.A. and J.D. from the University of Akron in 2001.  After graduation, Mr. Hamby worked for a Big Four accounting firm until joining Marks & Williams, LLC in 2004.  Mr. Hamby teaches real estate law and business law at Georgia State University and practices in the firm’s commercial and residential real estate practice, and represents local businesses.  Mr. Hamby also prepares wills and other estate related documents, including health care and financial durable powers of attorney and living wills.
